Plans & Billing
SES Mailbox has two plans: Free (forever, no credit card required) and Pro ($9.99/month). Billing is handled through Razorpay recurring subscriptions.

Upgrading to Pro
To upgrade:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade to Pro
- Click Upgrade — $9.99/mo
- The Razorpay checkout opens — complete payment to authorise the recurring subscription
- Once payment succeeds, your plan upgrades instantly
Pro features are available immediately after Razorpay confirms the subscription. If you experience a delay, refresh the page or contact support.
Billing cycle
The Pro plan is billed monthly on the same date each month (the date you first subscribed). For example, if you subscribe on May 10th, your next charge is June 10th.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. You receive a payment confirmation email from Razorpay for each charge. SES Mailbox does not store your payment method — all payment data stays within Razorpay.
Cancelling or downgrading
You can cancel at any time:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription
- Click Cancel subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. You do not lose any contacts, campaigns, or settings when downgrading — you're simply limited to 1 campaign per month again.
Refund policy
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month, so payments are generally non-refundable and we don't issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. You can cancel any time to stop future charges — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for.
We will review refunds for genuine billing errors (duplicate or accidental charges, or charges after a successful cancellation). Email support@sesmailbox.com within 7 days of the charge with your invoice number. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Invoices
Razorpay emails you a payment receipt for each charge. SES Mailbox also generates a formal GST-compliant invoice for every payment, downloadable from Settings → Billing → Invoices.
Team member access
Pro plan accounts can invite additional team members to access the dashboard. Team members can create and send campaigns but cannot access billing settings (owner only). To invite a team member: Settings → Team → Invite member.
